1. Thanks... A tidbit. You can actually view an Applicant's IP address as soon as you approve him. So, until your next revision. You can add him, view his IP address, and, if you want, you can delete him. Not perfect, but a workable solution.

Go to Roles & Permissions, and click 'Edit' on Moderator. Find the 'Garden' table of permissions, then the Moderation row and the Manage column. Uncheck that checkbox and save.

It looks like the free plans have restricted user and role management beyond what I was aware. It's not possible to edit default permissions without upgrading to a paid plan.
