Changing e-mail address associated with notification approval e-mail

When a new member is approved, an automatic e-mail goes to his or her e-mail with a welcome message.

1. How can I change my e-mail address to another e-mail address that does not show my full name to new members?

2. How can I include in the welcome e-mail info on User name and password for them to have a record?
