  • I'm currently getting the WordPress login when I go to tracyandersonmethod.vanillaforums.com. Have you changed your site's structure recently or altered the htaccess file?
  • I have not changed anything like that at all and I haven't changed anything in the site code in a few weeks.
  • This could simply be the site taking a while to load, or connection issues on their end.

I'm successfully viewing your site as expected while logged in as a normal member and using Safari for Mac.

  • Hi again,

  • Hi Breanne, we don't offer phone support but I've been trying to figure out both the issues you reported today.

We release updates on a regular basis. I'm not aware of any Safari-specific issues or considerations that have occurred lately. I'm able to log into your site in Mac OSX using Safari and the test account I have on your site.

I suspect the character count bug is a separate issue and will followup on that in your other discussion once I have further insight.
