Create topic + reply (both features) using email?

For the features, it specifically points out that new topics can be created using email. Can you also reply to topic posts by using email?

(I tried in a free version, but turning on notification buttons were plain text instead of buttons... so I couldn't test it out!)

Further clarification - there is some setup involved on our side to enable this feature and it is available on our Small Business and Enterprise plans only.
