I noticed that you can't sign up with spaces in the usernames, but an admin can change the username to have spaces. Is this a bug, or...? Is there an option to allow spaces upon sign up? I found this issue has been asked before, but has been unanswered.
Hi Neil, while we may change this in the future I don't regard this as a bug. Spaces are disallowed because mentions don't work with spaces and URLs for profiles look bad with %20 in them for spaces. However, some admins may decide to allow some users to have them anyway for special reasons. There currently is no admin-accessible way to allow spaces during signup but it could be completed as a customization under billable time.
